While we strive for perfection in every medieval armor piece, ELVIS! costume, and biblical wig, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange might be necessary. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as flexible as your imagination!

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange. Think of it as your two-week intermission between costume acts!

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • In the original purchase state – no alterations or modifications
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our costume collection, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Makeup (for hygiene reasons)
  • Masks (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gloves (intimate apparel category)
  • Wigs (Biblical Wigs, Gothic & Horror Wigs, Medieval Wigs – due to hygiene considerations)
  • Custom or special order items from our Collections
  • Sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship to Us: Send your return package to:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Exchange Requests

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged item or something different from what you ordered? Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll make it right! We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and expedite your replacement.
